Chapter 217 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Income Tax Act, is pleased to amend the Nova Scotia Child Benefit Regulations made by Order in Council 1998-430 dated August 28, 1998, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after the dates specified in

Schedule "A".
