Loi sur l’enregistrement foncier Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 17 (4) of the Land Titles Act,

chapter L-1.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1981, is amended Le paragraphe 17(4) de la

Loi sur l’enregistrement foncier,

chapitre L- 1.1 des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de est modifié (

a) in paragraph (

e) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a semicolon;

b) by adding after paragraph (

e) the following:

f) any public highway or other public right-of-way, however created, on, over or in respect of the land;
