OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 14, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376, the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an amended Canadian Blood Services Excess Insurance Captive Support Agreement to amend the excess policy limit and decrease the amount of capital commitment in the form of an indemnity, in the form of agreement as set forth in

Schedule A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 29, 2019.
