OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated December 22, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased to: (

a) revoke approval of the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2021-43 dated February 4, 2021, effective April 1, 2022; (

b) approve the Legal Services Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation for the period April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023; (

c) approve the Legal Services Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation for the period April 1, 2023 to March 30, 2024; and (

d) approve the Legal Services Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2024.
