OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated December 11, 2012, and pursuant to clause 51(1)(fb) of
Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act, is pleased to make regulations prescribing circumstances when a nurse practitioner is authorized to complete and sign a medical certificate of cause of death in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 15, 2013.
