Order in Council 512/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 ,

Stephen Lawrence Burnett of Kingston

be appointed as a member of the City of Kingston Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years, effective from the later of February 2, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
