Order in Council 117/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 548/2019, dated April 11, 2019, Kerry John Boon was appointed as a member of the County of Haldimand Police Services Board for a term of three years effective April 11, 2019;

And

whereas Kerry John Boon has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 548/2019, dated April 11, 2019, appointing Kerry John Boon as a member of the County of Haldimand Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
