OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 4, 2010, and pursuant to subsection 18(1A) of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the authorization of the Minister to extinguish the right of the public to use any highway or part thereof in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 15, 2010.
