OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 23, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective March 29, 2018, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Tripartite Funding Agreement from 2018-2021 with Canada and the Mi’kmaw Legal Support Network to fund the Mi’kmaq Customary Law Program, in the form set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
