Section 36.2 of the Education Act,

chapter E-1.12 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1997, is amended by adding after subsection (3) the following: 1 L’article 3 6.2 de la

Section 36.7 of the Act is amended L’article 36.7 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by adding after subsection (3) the following:

a) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragra- phe (3) : 36.7(3.1) Subject to subsection (4), the term of office of a councillor appointed under subsection 36.2(3.1) com- mences on the first day of July in the year in which the councillor is appointed and ends on the thirtieth day of June the following year. 36.7(3.1)
