OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 25, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) purchase from George Eddy Company, Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns, 15 parcels of land described on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, containing 441.9+ hectares (1092+ acres) located along the St. Marys River in Guysborough County for a purchase price not to exceed $854,500, subject to the condition that George Eddy Company, Limited, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the properties in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
