OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal April 19, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands, 6.07 acres of land being Lot 16-2 containing 5.38 acres, Lot 16-3 containing 0.64 acres and Lot 16-4 containing 0.05 acres, more or less, of surplus land at or near Reeves Street, Port Hawkesbury, County of Inverness, more particularly described in

Schedule “A” as shown on Plan marked

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of the 6.07 acres of surplus land at or near Reeves Street, Port Hawkesbury, County of Inverness to the Town of Port Hawkesbury, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a deed of conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
