Order in Council 1847/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of Ontario Regulation 651/21, Agency, made under the Endangered Species Act, 2007, the Order in Council 106/2022 dated January 27, 2022, appointing Doug Varty as a member and designated Chair of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust, is hereby revoked, effective the day this Order in Council is made.
