Order in Council 1309/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act,

Rene Gatien, Guelph

is re-appointed as a member of the board of governors of The Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a term effective September 1, 2016 and ending not later than August 31, 2019.
