OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated June 4, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 17 and 18 of
Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, is pleased, effective June 28, 2002, to: (
a) appoint Sharon R. Richard of R.R.#3 Truro, Colchester County, as an alternate member of the Labour Standards Tribunal (Nova Scotia) for a term of three years commencing June 28, 2002, and ending June 27, 2005; and (
b) fix the remuneration of Sharon R. Richard at $100.00 for each day of attendance at hearings of the Labour Standards Tribunal.
