Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated May 10, 2007, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) release rights of way over certain lands situate at or near Granton, in the County of Pictou and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) release the rights of way to Carl Robert Johannesen and Marion Christeena Johannesen, husband and wife, both of Abercrombie, County of Pictou, North Atlantic Watersports Incorporated, a registered company having its registered office at Waverley, County of Halifax, and Debra Fern Spalding of Granton, County of Pictou; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute Release of Rights of Way documents in such form as the Minister determines.
