B.C. Reg. 58/2004, deposited February 23, 2004, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated February 20, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy

and Mines, order that B.C. Reg. 72/2002 is amended in

Schedule A by repealing:

DOUGLAS CREEK HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT

New Westminster Mining Division

New Westminster Land District

FIRE CREEK HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT

New Westminster Mining Division

New Westminster Land District

and their accompanying sketches; and substituting:

New Westminster Land District

FIRE CREEK HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT

and the sketches attached to this Regulation.
