OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated December 13, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 21 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to repeal clause (
c) of Order in Council 2002-4, dated January 11, 2002, which designated a
section of Trunk 4 in Cumberland County as a controlled access highway, beginning at its intersection with Highway 104, near Thomson Station, and extending in an easterly direction to a point measured a distance of one thousand and six hundred metres (1600m) from the intersection of Highway 104 and Thomson Road, as indicated in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
