Order in Council 418/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 155/2015, dated February 4, 2015 (the “Establishment OIC ”), established two Special Advisor positions to conduct a review of Ontario’s changing workplaces.

Order in Council numbered O.C. 157/2015 dated February 4, 2015 appointed The Honourable John C. Murray as a Special Advisor.

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1196/2016 dated August 4, 2016 (the “First Extension OIC ”) extended the establishment of the two Special Advisor positions until February 28, 2017.

Order in Council numbered O.C. 416/2017 dated February 22, 2017 (the “Second Extension OIC ”) further extended the establishment of the two Special Advisor positions until March 28, 2017.

Therefore, pursuant to the Establishment OIC , the First Extension OIC and the Second Extension OIC , the appointment of

The Honourable John C. Murray of Caledon

as a Special Advisor to conduct a review of Ontario’s changing workplaces is hereby extended until March 28, 2017 and Order in Council numbered O.C. 157/2015 dated February 4, 2015 is amended accordingly.

This Order is effective on the “Approved and Ordered” date below.
