OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated May 19, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Innovation Corporation Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to transfer to Nova Scotia First Fund from the General Revenue Fund an amount not to exceed Twenty-Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000) for the purpose of establishing a venture capital fund, effective June 21, 2016.
