Order in Council 799/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mark Feldstein of Thornhill, appointed by O.C. 656/2025 as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists, has resigned from his appointment effective September 1, 2025;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Pharmacy Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 656/2025 be revoked.
