Section 17.1 of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 2 L’article 17.1 de la Loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 17.1(1) In this section, “Canadian Free Trade Agree- ment” means the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, signed in by the Government of Canada and the govern- ments of the provinces and territories of Canada, as amended from time to time. 17.1(1) Dans le présent article, « Accord de libre- échange canadien » s’entend de l’Accord de libre-échange canadien, signé en par les gouvernements fédéral, provinciaux et territoriaux, avec ses modifications succes- sives. 17.1(2) A certified copy of an order made by a Presiding Body under

Chapter of the Canadian Free Trade Agree- ment that requires the Crown to pay a monetary penalty, tariff costs and additional costs, or any of them, may be filed with The Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick, and, when filed, has the same force and effect as an order for the payment of money or costs made by that Court against the Crown. 17.1(2) Une copie certifiée conforme d’une ordonnance rendue par un organe décisionnel en application du cha- pitre de l’Accord de libre-échange canadien et enjoi- gnant à la Couronne de payer une sanction pécuniaire, des dépens prévus au tarif et des frais supplémentaires, ou l’un de ces montants, peut être déposée à la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Nouveau-Brunswick, et, dès lors, elle produit le même effet qu’une ordonnance de cette cour imposant à la Couronne le paiement d’un montant ou de dépens. 1
