Order in Council 1678/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 957/2023, dated June 29, 2023, Karin L. Schnarr was reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo Police Services Board for a period not to exceed two years effective from July 2, 2023;

And

whereas Karin L. Schnarr has, in writing, effective August 15, 2023, resigned her appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 957/2023 dated June 29, 2023, reappointing Karin L. Schnarr as a member of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
