Order in Council 1238/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 863/79, dated the 28th day of March 1979, Dr. M. N. White was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. M. N. White has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective December 12, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 863/79, dated the 28th day of March 1979, appointing Dr. M. N. White as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
