CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Power Corporation Act (Assented to July 9, 1982) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Power Corporation Amendment Act, 1982. Rev. Stat. c.P-19,

section amended Subsection 43(1) of The Power Corporation Act is amended by striking out “$1,500,000,000” and substituting “$3,500,000,000”. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
