Statute: Crane Operators and Power Engineers Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 11, 2008, and pursuant to subsections 6(1) and (2) of

Chapter 23 of the Acts of 2000, the Crane Operators and Power Engineers Act, and subsections 4(1) to (5) of the Crane Operators Regulations, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Michael T. Marsh of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Member of the Crane Operators Examination Committee for a term of three years commencing May 1, 2008; and (

b) reappoint Roderick L. Kerr of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Member of the Crane Operators Examination Committee for a term of three (3) years commencing June 1, 2008.
