HEALTH AUTHORITIES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2), 2001
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
Section 16.1 of the Health Authorities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 180, is repealed.
Consequential Amendment
Expropriation Act
Section 2 (5) of the Expropriation Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 125, is repealed.
