Order in Council 1395/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gerard Bilodeau of Alban, who was appointed by O.C. 1779/2021 as a member of the Board of Governors of Laurentian University of Sudbury, has resigned his position;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 13 (

b) of The Laurentian University of Sudbury Act, 1960 , Order in Council 1779/2021 be revoked.
