OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 22, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Frank J. Harland of Kentville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, while employed with the Department of Transportation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 81-1304 dated October 20, 1981; and (
b) appoint Francis J. Harland of Wolfville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, for a term to expire August 31, 2005.
