OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated August 17, 2005, pursuant to Sections 2, 3, and 5 of
Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and Sections 59A and 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute an indemnity in favour of directors, officers and employees of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, in a form approved by the Attorney General and the Minister of Economic Development dated August 17, 2005; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such guarantee, together with such other agreements and documents as may be required to give effect to this Order.
