OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated June 29, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of the parcel of surplus land, identified as Parcel N (PID 20233888), containing an area of 34,641 square metres (8.56 acres), more or less, located at or near Vimy Road, Bible Hill, Colchester County, more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and as shown on

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board for the nominal consideration of $1.00; (

b) authorize the Minister of Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the land; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Public Works to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
