OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of Treasury and Policy Board dated September 9, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 496 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Voluntary Planning Act, is pleased to: (

a) designate David F. Bellefontaine of Hatchett Lake, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board, for a term commencing June 1, 2003, and ending May 31, 2005; and (

b) designate Dr. Teresa MacNeil of Johnstown, Richmond County, as Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board for a term commencing June 1, 2003, and ending May 31, 2004.
