OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated May 8, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education to enter into the software license agreement with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador in substantially the form as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 4, 2013.
