Production Allocation Unit Agreement

concealed conditions requiring relocating and rewiring fire alarm, cell door controls,

lighting controls, and relocating numerous electrical conduits embedded in cinder

block walls which had to be demolished; and 2) Additional closed-circuit television

cameras to eliminate blind spots and other minor mechanical, electrical, and security

upgrades.
