OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 5, 2002, pursuant to
Section 20 of
Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2001, the Lobbyists' Registration Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2001, the Lobbyists' Registration Act, except subclause (iv) of clause (
f) of subsection (1) of
Section 2 and subsection (6) of
Section 5, come into force on and not before October 1, 2002.
