Order in Council 199/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Jessica Wolfe, Barrister and Solicitor of Sudbury, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective February 13, 2020 .
