Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: issuing a Crown Grant to convey Crown lands containing approximately 210 square metres located at Chester, Lunenburg County, shown outlined in bold and shaded grey on the plan marked
Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation to Old Wharf Chester Limited, or its successors or assigns, for $45,000.00 plus HST, and executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
