On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Marie Hubbard of Newcastle be appointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of February 21, 2020 and the date this Order in Council is made.
