Order in Council 37/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11 (1) and (2) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 ,

David Belous of Toronto

be appointed as a director of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one (1) year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
