B.C. Reg. 285/2007, deposited September 11, 2007, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner dated September 7, 2007.

I, Patrick O'Rourke, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources order as follows:

Definitions

1 In this order:

"land" includes foreshore and land covered by water,

"land district" means a land district constituted under the Land Act ;

"site name" means the name that identifies a site on the mineral title online production map, file 12000-01, located at the Mineral Titles Branch, Victoria, British Columbia;

"site number" means the number that identifies a site on the mineral title online production map, file 12000-01, located at the Mineral Titles Branch, Victoria, British Columbia.

Reserve established

2 A mineral reserve is established over each parcel or tract of land identified by a site number and site name set out in column 1 of the table to this order, within the mining division and land district set out in column 2 opposite the site number and site name.

Prohibition

3 A free miner may register a mineral or placer claim in the reserve established by

section 2 subject to the conditions listed in

section 4.

Conditions

4 A free miner must not obstruct, endanger or interfere with the construction, operation or maintenance of a hydroelectric project in the reserve established by

section 2.
