OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act dated September 6, 2006, pursuant to Sections 9, 10, 12 and 15 of
Chapter 3 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, is pleased, effective September 29, 2006, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Keith Robert Evans, LL. B., as an alternate member of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board; (
b) appoint Keith Robert Evans, LL. B., of Halifax, as a non civil servant member to the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board for a term of office of six years; and (
c) determine that Keith Robert Evans, LL. B., shall receive an annual retainer of $5,000.00 and $300.00 per day for each day spent on Board business and that he shall be reimbursed for reasonable travelling expenses in accordance with the Nova Scotia Government Management Manual.
