B.C. Reg. 281/2003, deposited July 25, 2003, pursuant to the HYDRO AND POWER AUTHORITY ACT [Section 52 (5)]. Order in Council 1354/88, approved and ordered July 15, 1988.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the statutes listed below are made applicable to the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority:

(

a) Hotel Room Tax Act;

(

b) Motor Fuel Tax Act;

(

c) Social Services Tax Act;

(

d) Tobacco Tax Act . — M. COUVELIER, Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations; W. VANDER ZALM and J. DAVIS , Presiding Member of the Executive Council.
