OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated May 26, 2000, pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 0.8 acre, 0.46 acre, 0.36 acre and 0.04 acre, more or less, situate at or near South Albion Street, Town of Amherst, in the County of Cumberland, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to the Town of Amherst, a body corporate, in the County of Cumberland, for the price of $15,900.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
