OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated October 27, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act,

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective November 8, 2010: (

a) revoke the appointment of Vicki Harnish as the deputy minister appointed from time to time as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2005-132 dated March 31, 2005; and (

b) appoint Margaret MacDonald as the deputy minister appointed from time to time as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation.
