OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated July 22, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1998, the Real Estate Appraisers Act , is pleased to reappoint Iain Fraser of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) and Anthony Nicholas of Halifax Regional Municipality (Hubley) as lay representatives of the Real Estate Appraisers Association Board of Directors, each for a term of two (2) years commencing August 13, 2024.
