Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act , is pleased to appoint Patricia Fricker-Bates, of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a term of one (1) year effective on and after October 18, 2016.
