OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 12, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a contribution agreement with Health Canada, to support work to strengthen the preparedness of Nova Scotia’s public health system for responding to future public health emergencies related to extreme heat events, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
