An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Income Tax Act Loi modifiant la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 The New Brunswick Income Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is amended by adding after

section the following: 1 La Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau- Brunswick,

chapitre N-6.001 des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de 2000, est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’article 123 : Collection and use of information Collecte et utilisation de renseignements 123.1(1) In this section, “personal information” means personal information as defined in the Right to Informa ‐ tion and Protection of Privacy Act. 123.1(1) Dans le présent article, « renseignements per ‐ sonnels » s’entend selon la définition que donne de ce terme la

Loi sur le droit à l’information et la protection de la vie privée. 123.1(2) The Minister of Finance and Treasury Board of New Brunswick may collect and use information, in ‐ cluding personal information, for the purposes of this Act and the regulations. 123.1(2) Le ministre des Finances et du Conseil du Trésor du Nouveau-Brunswick peut recueillir et utiliser des renseignements, y compris des renseignements per ‐ sonnels, pour l’application de la présente loi et de ses rè ‐ glements. 2 Subsection 124(1) of the Act is amended by adding after paragraph (
