B.C. Reg. 111/2006, deposited April 28, 2006, pursuant to the BUSINESS NUMBER ACT [Section 12 (2) (

a) and (b)]. Order in Council 282/2006, approved and ordered April 27, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended

(

a) in

section 3 by adding the following paragraph:

(

m) if the entity is registered or has a certificate filed under the Partnership Act, whether the entity has had a notice of dissolution filed in respect of the entity or whether its registration or certificate has been cancelled.

, and

(

b) in

section 4 by adding the following paragraphs:

(

i) the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and the regulations made under that Act;

(

j) the Liquor Distribution Act and the regulations made under that Act.
