Order in Council 697/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council established the Special Advisor on the Establishment of a Centralized Resource Entity on Intellectual Property on by Order in Council O.C. 713/2021;

And

whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council set out the remuneration for the Special Advisor on the Establishment of a Central Resource Entity on Intellectual Property by Order in Council O.C. 714/2021 (“the Order”);

And

whereas it is considered desirable to amend the Order;

Therefore , paragraph 1 of the Order is amended by deleting “$170,000” and replacing it with “$210,500”.
